🎯 Responsibilities
Annotation & Review
Manually label clinical notes, caregiver interviews, and literature
Review general annotator work for consistency and correctness
Use standard ontologies (SNOMED, ICD-10, RxNorm) in labeling tasks
Schema & Quality Control
Help define data schemas for symptoms, diagnoses, treatments
Maintain a high level of accuracy and documentation
Ensure data privacy and ethics protocols are followed
Team Collaboration
Act as subject-matter reviewer for the data team
Work with engineers and annotation leads on workflow refinement
Contribute to training materials and tagging examples
💼 Requirements
Degree in nursing, biology, public health, or medical coding
Experience with EHRs, clinical notes, or biomedical research
Familiarity with medical classification systems (e.g., ICD-10, SNOMED)
Meticulous attention to detail and ethical handling of patient data
